Counselling
When you’re in the thick of one of life’s storms, a kind and empathic ear can bring you the space and clarity you need in order to take the next step forward.
Sometimes this looks like unburdening and processing.
Sometimes this looks like detective work- piecing together or unravelling your current situation.
Sometimes this looks like building new skills and acquiring new tools.
My aim is to create a safe space in order for us to clarify what’s getting in the way of what you ultimately want, and how to get there.
Free Support
Some workplaces offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) for wellbeing support. If your workplace uses Ignite, Clearhead or Vitae, you can get this support from me for free.

Life After Loss By Suicide
Suicide profoundly impacts communities across New Zealand, with each loss affecting as many as 135 individuals, including family, friends and colleagues, who may then be at higher risk of ending their life themselves.¹
Of those 135 people affected, approximately 1/3 are significantly impacted e.g., 34% showed significant life changes because of bereavement by suicide².

Recognizing the unique challenges faced by those bereaved by suicide, Aoake te Rā offers a free, nationwide service providing brief therapeutic support to individuals, whānau, and communities navigating life after such a loss.
The service is available to people of all ages, at any stage following bereavement, and includes six hours of support per person, which can be delivered face-to-face, online, or via phone. You can request me through this service.

Aoake te Rā means ‘a new sun rises,’ symbolizing hope as whānau adapt to their loss.
